Return Policy
Refunds are only issued on unopened products within 30 days with a receipt.
Local Pickup
We offer free pick-up in our store in Chandler, TX.
Shipping
All of our products are carefully packaged and wrapped to protect them during shipment and assured of freshness when they arrive. Chocolates are only shipped October through April. Please supply a full street address for each shipment. (No P.O. Boxes) Shipping is handled via UPS/Fed Ex Ground. For shipping cost for deliveries with the continental U.S. please note the shipping costs below. All claims for damage must be made to the carrier upon delivery. Call to shipping estimates to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.
